Karnataka holds steady in second place, with 55 medals overall. Their haul consists of 30 gold, 15 silver, and 10 bronze, maintaining a strong presence in the competition.

Maharashtra, with 60 medals, remains a strong contender, having accumulated 25 gold, 20 silver, and 15 bronze. While they trail behind Karnataka in total medals, their consistency across the Games keeps them firmly in the top three.
